Growing-up I always had the dream of one day owning my own business. The decisions of what I studied in school, college and university were geared towards this dream. After graduating I still found it hard to put action to my ideas and get started. With so many options on the internet, some genuine and many not, I was not sure who could help me with what I needed (design, website, video footage, branding, etc).
Like most, I focused a lot of time and energy on my 9 to 5, relying on this as my only source of income. Over time I have plucked up the courage to invest in my own venture. After a lot of thought about what I should do, considering the opportunities that have come and gone due to my lack of action and knowledge of who can help provide the things most businesses need, my focus turned to helping people not make the same mistake I did, which was to do nothing, leaving my dreams to just be that, dreams. So I created Urban Savvy Ltd with the goal to make connecting people with experts easy and give them confidence that they are getting trusted specialists to develop and grow their current as well as future endeavours.
Raising capital to fund potential ventures was also an issue for me, so it was important to grow a network that would be affordable without compromising quality. My vision is for Urban Savvy Ltd to make what seems impossible for so many, possible!
